We thoroughly inspect all hair, lashes and hair care products before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we currently are not accepting returns. Before using your new hair extensions, lashes or hair care products please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length, color and texture desired. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect and examine the product without cutting any branding material or opening the product. The only exception to this is receiving the incorrect order.
Exchanges will be replaced with the same item originally ordered; no substitutions will be granted. Requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 72 hours.
**Please note the photos of our hair are in their raw state and not altered, or they are stock photos. Therefore once the hair is washed it will differ from the photos online and you will have the desired texture you purchase. If you have any questions about textures, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase for assistance.

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products or lashes that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle wrap and hangtag and used in any visible manner, or If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange policies are voided. The hair, lash or hair care product must remain in its original packaging and tagged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before a exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing.
If you need to exchange you will receive the same item placed in the original order. Merchandise sent to us without pre-approval cannot be tracked and may be lost and will not be honored. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. If you would like to exchange your product, you must request an pre-approval within one day of receipt of merchandise. Please email us to receive your pre-approval information and return instructions.
The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. You must provide us with a tracking number no exceptions. We will not be responsible for lost or non trackable packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We are committed to delivering the best service possible at Bonjour Beauty LLC. We strive for fast shipping, but it cannot always be guaranteed. Expect 2-3 business days for your order to be process and an additional 3-4 business days for shipment. Most orders will be completed and delivered before this time frame, but it is not ensured for all orders. If you are concerned about time, we offer express services. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
